observation towers seeking location!

In close collaboration with the talented Seoul based architect Saul Kim, we recently designed a series of sculptural observation tower concepts: three proper observation towers and one bridge/observation tower. Each interesting structures with a height of around 12 to 15 metres.

We are now looking for clients with a suitable location to actually build these towers, so contact us if you fit that description!

public recognition for Zwolle train station bridge

The innovative timber trainstation footbridge has been awarded the People's Choice Award at the annual Dutch timber design awards (Nationale Houtbouwprijs) 2025. The bridge has a loadbearing timber structure as well as a timber deck. In addition, the elevator shafts have a timber structure.

festivities mark opening of unique timber footbridge in Zwolle (NL)

There is no other bridge like it: the Zwolle train station footbridge. Designed as an elevated park across the railway tracks, this timber footbridge combines function with recreation and sustainability. A weekend of festivities marks the opening of this unique project on September 5th.

From September 3rd until September 5th two of our designers will be present at the Footbridge Conference 2025 in Chur, Switserland. Ronald Rozemeijer and Thomas Kaasschieter will both be holding a presentation there as well.
